Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team in California City, CA. This position involves providing direct clinical services to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is licensed, experienced, and committed to making a meaningful impact through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related clinical field from an accredited institution
• Current licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services

Preferred Skills:

• Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with diverse populations, including trauma-informed care
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
