Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Restoration Specialist to join our team. This role involves demolition and restoration work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of construction experience, with demolition expertise required, and restoration experience considered a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Demolition Work:
    • Safely and efficiently perform demolition of structures, walls, flooring, ceilings, and other materials.
    • Prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and ensuring structural integrity.
  • Restoration Tasks:
    • Assist in rebuilding and restoring damaged areas, including framing, drywall, painting, and finishing.
    • Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality results.
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper tool handling.
    • Identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other team members, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with clients when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in demolition required.
    • Restoration experience, including structural repairs, is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with hand and power tools used in construction and demolition.
    • Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.
    • Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and enclosed spaces.
  • Certifications:
    • OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus but not required.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
