Overview
We’re looking for a Part-Time Care Coordinator to support our growing non-medical home care agency during evenings and weekends. This role is ideal for someone with a medical background who understands the importance of compassionate, reliable care. As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in matching caregivers with clients, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining the quality of care our clients depend on. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred, as we serve a diverse community.

Duties

• oordinate caregiver-client schedules based on availability and care needs
• Communicate regularly with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure satisfaction
• Respond to calls, messages, or scheduling issues during evening and weekend hours
• Monitor client care plans and update information as needed
• Track caregiver attendance and report any issues or concerns
• Support emergency shift coverage or last-minute schedule changes

Requirements

• Medical background
• Bilingual – able to communicate fluently in English and another language (Spanish preferred)
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling platforms
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare coordination is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle urgent scheduling needs
