• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the needs of each child
• Providing direct care and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and caregivers
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and research-based interventions

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification (or certification in progress)
• 2+ years of experience as a BCBA or in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
