With 95% of our clientele consisting of couples, we are proud to provide therapy that fosters deep, meaningful change. As we expand our practice, we are seeking both fully licensed LMFTs interested in supervisory roles and limited permit MFTs working toward licensure.

• Limited Permit Marriage and Family Therapist (LP-MFT)

LP-MFT Clinician Role

Compensation:

• Starting at $30 per hour
• Caseload: Minimum of 25 clients per week, with opportunity to increase to full-time (30+ clients)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy
• Complete timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Participate in weekly individual supervision and bi-weekly peer group supervision
• Attend monthly virtual staff meetings

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Must be eligible for a Limited Permit in NYS (No MSW or MHC candidates at this time)
• Must reside in New York State
• Excellent communication, organization, and clinical skills

Client Demographics:

• 95% Couples (strongly encouraged for applicants with an interest in couples therapy)

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
