Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMWhat This Role Offers:
This opportunity allows licensed therapists (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW) to deliver personalized care through a secure telehealth platform. You’ll be working with clients across West Virginia, helping them navigate life’s challenges in a fully virtual setting. The position is ideal for those who value consistency, clinical autonomy, and the flexibility of working from home.Key Functions:
- Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment direction
- Deliver ongoing individual or group therapy sessions
- Adjust plans as progress is made or needs change
- Keep documentation accurate and timely
- Coordinate with outside providers when necessary for holistic care
- Active WV license (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW)
- A Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
- Previous clinical or telehealth experience
- Confidence using EHR systems and video platforms
- Ability to balance structure with a personal therapeutic style
- Work-from-home with full tech and admin support
- No weekends, no late nights
- Access to training materials and CEU resources
