San Diego Youth Psychology is a small private practice in San Diego, CA. We are dedicated to providing equity of care to underserved polulations and helping San Diegans meet their full potential! We are a small collaborative team looking for a new member!

We are looking for a licensed psychologist to join our team and provide therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with autistic individuals, children and adolescents, and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices such as positive parenting, CBT, ACT, and DBT.

Responsibilities:

• Develop evidence based treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Develop comprehensive case conceptualization.
• Provide crisis intervention services.
• Consult with other professionals regarding patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient services.
• Engage in community outreach and networking.
• Track patient outcomes.
• Adhere to the legal and ethical obligations of psychologists in the state of CA.
• Occasional supervision of predoctoral clinicians, team collaboration and professional consultation.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed an APA or similar internship.
• Must have completed a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited program.
• Must have clinical experience working with children and adolescents.
• Autism experience is strongly preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour
