We are hiring California-licensed LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs for flexible therapy roles that allow you to design your own schedule. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who value autonomy and professional fulfillment.Position Details
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
  • Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
  • Minimum Weekly Hours: 5
Primary Duties
  • Evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy sessions (individual and group formats)
  • Manage documentation with accuracy and compliance
  • Address concerns related to trauma, emotional health, and behavioral conditions
  • Collaborate with external care teams as appropriate
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work
  • Current California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
  • Minimum 2 years of therapy experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Training in evidence-based practices is preferred
