What We Are Hiring For:

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

Salary Range: $68,640 to $71,000 Per Year

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervises the Care Partners, including hiring, directing, training, and scheduling.
  • Works alongside the Care Management Team to maintain the highest possible quality of care, services, and resident satisfaction while performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and staff.
  • Assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
  • Ensure staff are monitoring and reporting changes in resident care plans to management.
  • Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
  • Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
  • Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
  • Experience working with older adults or other vulnerable populations.
  • Must be computer literate for communication, scheduling, ordering, tracking, basic graphic design, and activities and outing research.
