Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour to start + monthly bonuses
Schedules: Availability Monday–Friday (7am–7pm), Optional Weekends (8am–2pm)

Join Alongside, a mission-driven team helping children with Autism, and their families, thrive through life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide personalized support in homes, schools, clinics, and communities—and we're looking for compassionate individuals ready to grow into this rewarding field.

What You’ll Do:

• Support children with autism 1:1 in fun, skill-building sessions (2–4 hours each).
• Follow guidance from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Track progress, adapt activities, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate with families and be part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Who You Are:

• High School Diploma or BA/BS in Psychology, Education, Social Work or related field.
• Up to 6 months of experience with children or individuals with special needs (babysitting, school aide, camp counselor, etc. count!).
• Passionate about helping others and eager to learn ABA techniques.
• Clear communicator, dependable, and excited to grow professionally.
• Valid CA driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.
