Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process at multiple apartment communities, providing exceptional service to prospective residents, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others find their ideal living space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents
- Assist in the leasing process, including application processing and lease preparation
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and resident interactions
- Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and in-person
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service
