This part-time, in-person role in Prescott, AZ, involves providing behavioral health services to first responders to reduce emotional and behavioral issues.
- Responsibilities include consultation, triage, assessment, treatment, crisis intervention, and case management.
- Requires knowledge of trauma theories, trauma-informed care, and CISM interventions.
- Must hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, Psy.D., etc.) and have at least two years of outpatient counseling experience.
- Strong communication, clinical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and travel locally is required.
- Compliance with training, licensing, liability insurance, and background check requirements is mandatory.
- Other duties include providing referrals, safety assessments, and working with external agencies to support clients.
