This part-time, in-person role in Prescott, AZ, involves providing behavioral health services to first responders to reduce emotional and behavioral issues.

• Responsibilities include consultation, triage, assessment, treatment, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Requires knowledge of trauma theories, trauma-informed care, and CISM interventions.
• Must hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, Psy.D., etc.) and have at least two years of outpatient counseling experience.
• Strong communication, clinical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are essential.
