We are looking for a clinician to join our team and provide telehealth support to our clients. The current role will be 100% telehealth/remote. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues, excellent communication skills, strong documentation and organizational skills and the ability to provide compassionate and effective counseling services. We receive numerous referrals from churches and the clinician needs to be competent at being able to offer Christian Counseling. This position requires the clinician to work closely with the clinical team to provide individual counseling sessions, as well as develop and implement treatment plans. EMDR training is preferred but not required. We also work with a large population of perinatal clients. The ideal applicant will be passionate in helping women work through birth trauma, post partum depression/anxiety or struggles related to being a new mother.

Requirements:

Must have and LAC/LPC given by the AZBBHE.
Must be willing to work a minimum of 15 direct client hours per week (more hours available if desired).
Must have a level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
Must be willing to have a background check completed.
Must be able to be supervised by an LPC if an LAC.

Responsibilities:

Provide trauma-informed counseling services to individuals ages 18+.
Be able to provide Christian Counseling services.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
Maintain accurate records of client progress.
Provide crisis intervention services when needed.
Refer clients to other professionals or community resources when appropriate.
Maintain professional boundaries with clients.
Demonstrate respect for client autonomy and confidentiality.
Must be able to work 15 hour direct Client hours per week.
Bonus if applicant has PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification) or EMDR training.
