Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-Time | Virginia Beach & Surrounding Areas (Haygood Enrichment Center + In-Home Services)

Sunshine Behavioral Consulting is expanding and looking for a motivated, compassionate BCBA to join our team! This position offers a unique opportunity to work across settings—including our new Enrichment Center in the Haygood area of Virginia Beach and in-home ABA services—supporting neurodiverse children through evidence-based, individualized care.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide in-field coaching and clinical oversight
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members
• Deliver services in both our structured, play-based Enrichment Center and home settings

Ideal Candidate:

• Certified BCBA (required), LBA / BCaBA (starting at $52,500 annual)
• Experience with early intervention and school-aged children
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $87,500.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
