As our Lead School Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying student needs, guiding school teams, and mentoring fellow psychologists. You’ll lead with purpose—strengthening team collaboration, building staff capacity, and ensuring compliance with special education laws and best practices—so every student receives the services and support they need to succeed.
Lead School Psychologist
$40.25 - $46.79/hr*
  • Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Expectations:
  • Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations and write high-quality reports
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to develop effective support strategies
  • Guide and support school-based MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) implementation
  • Mentor and provide leadership to a team of school psychologists
  • Provide oversight of evaluation timelines, procedures, and compliance documentation
  • Support the development of a strong, collaborative psychology team culture
Minimum Requirements:
  • Masters in School Psychology & An Ohio School Psychology License
  • Demonstrated experience in special education evaluation and MTSS support
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with special education compliance requirements and timeline
  • Commitment to equity and student-centered practices
  • A valid driver license and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
  • A clear TB test

  • Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
  • Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
  • Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
