Do you have a passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities? If so, we have an incredible opportunity here at Inspire ABA. We are seeking responsible, dedicated, goal driven Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with our amazing clients in the Davenport area.
Job Summary:
The RBTs will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in both school and home settings.
Duties:
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of care plans
- Provide direct patient care in one-on-one and group settings
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients
- Support clients with behavioral therapy interventions
- Manage challenging behaviors effectively
Qualifications:
- Current, active RBT certification with the BACB
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of data collection methods and tools
- Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Experience in medical documentation related to patient care

- BCBA supervision and support at 15%-20% of your weekly clinical hours,
- Paid training, including reimbursement for maintaining your RBT certification
- Stable client caseload based on your location, availability, and experience
- Assistance with fieldwork hours for aspiring BCBAs.
