Position Overview

We are currently expanding our team and are seeking dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver individualized, 1:1 ABA therapy at our clinic. Whether you are an experienced RBT or just starting out, we welcome applicants who are eager to make a lasting impact.

Duties

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Collect and maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate clients and their families on behavioral strategies to enhance daily living skills (ADLs).
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including special education professionals and healthcare providers.
• Assist clients in developing social skills, communication, and self-management techniques.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to medical terminology standards.

Requirements

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special needs, is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and experience in implementing them effectively.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients and families effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating empathy and patience.

• Pay Range:
• BTs / Trainee RBTs: $19.50–$22/hr
