- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Complete thorough assessments and create client-centered treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities
- Active, unrestricted LMFT license in Maryland
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Telehealth experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
