Deliver individual, couples, or group therapy through a secure telehealth platform
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a remote team of mental health professionals
Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care
Attend virtual team meetings and participate in continuing education as needed

Requirements

Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
Comfortable using telehealth technology and working independently
