- Deliver individual, couples, or group therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a remote team of mental health professionals
- Provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care
- Attend virtual team meetings and participate in continuing education as needed
- Active and unrestricted LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and working independently
