What You’ll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions

  • Implement skill-building plans as part of a clinical team

  • Accurately record session data electronically

  • Create a positive learning environment and engage with families

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Enthusiasm for helping children with autism

  • Patience, compassion, and calm under pressure

  • Willingness to work in clients' homes or community settings

  • Commitment to a 6-month term and completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course

Ideal Background (but not required)

  • Education, childcare, mentoring, or after-school/camp roles

  • Teaching assistant, para-professional, or youth counselor

  • Mental/behavioral health or social services experience

  • Healthcare support roles (DSP, CNA, PCA, HHA)

  • Experience with ABA or neurodiverse individuals
