In this dynamic role, you'll help clients connect with community resources, provide crucial support during times of crisis, and offer care wherever it's needed—at home, school, or in the community. You’ll collaborate closely with professionals through team meetings and treatment planning, while keeping thorough, accurate documentation. We’re looking for dedicated individuals ready to grow through training and supervision, coordinate meaningful care, and offer on-call support when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver counseling and case management services to youth and their families enrolled in the program
  • Help clients and their families access natural supports and community-based resources
  • Provide crisis intervention and other mental health services in homes, schools, and various community settings as needed
  • Take part in treatment reviews, staff meetings, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including mental health notes and service tracking records
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics for school attendance, therapy sessions, and court appointments as required
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and both individual and group supervision, following clinical best practices
  • Be available for scheduled emergency on-call support and response

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Education/Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree OR
    • Associate’s degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable experience OR
    • High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable experience
    • Applicable experience can include paid or unpaid experience working with youth or families or working in the social services field.
  • Bilingual Spanish skill set, must pass bilingual proficiency assessment
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed
  • Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled with supervisor ahead of time
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
SCHEDULE

  • Full-time; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm OR 10am - 6:30pm
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed
  • Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely
  • On-call shift; 1 per month & 1 Saturday or Sunday quarterly
