Position Summary

We are building a Front Desk Team by hiring one Front Desk Lead for each of our two locations—Oakland and Albany—to provide localized excellence while working in close collaboration. These team members will serve as the essential link between practitioners, clinical operations, and clients—supporting the day-to-day flow while also contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly, informed point of contact for clients and prospective clients
• Manage scheduling, rebooking, payments, and client communication
• Support smooth daily operations at either our Oakland or Albany location
• Help educate clients about services and guide them through their care journey
• Track call conversions, optimize practitioner calendars, and contribute to clinic success
• Collaborate with your counterpart at the other location and the Clinic Director

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a front desk, admin, or client services role (health/wellness/spa a plus)
• Tech-savvy, organized, and calm under pressure
• A warm, professional communicator who loves helping people
• Comfortable with systems and open to learning tools like Noterro
• Availability hours and days vary between locations: Monday - Friday - 7 hour shifts ranging through 10am-6pm.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
