School support for elementary and High School Students

Step By Step is committed to providing quality ABA therapy to their clients based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis. Services will be delivered with compassion, professionalism, and the utmost respect for all of their clients.

The Behavior Technician serves as the direct interventionist to the client. The behavior tech carries out the programming of the BCBA which is based on the principles of ABA. These sessions may be held in the home, school or community.

Skills

  • Knowledge of ABA techniques and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and consistent in keeping their schedules
  • Strong writing skills
  • Knowledge with technology
  • Background check required
  • HIPAA Certification ( SBS will reimburse )

Experience

  • RBT certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year ABA experience 2 year if no RBT cert
  • Running intervention plans
  • Knowledge in classroom support, DTT, NET, Task Analysis,
  • Knowledge in recording Duration, Frequency, Rate, and ABC data

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
