POSITION SUMMARY - LMSW

POSITION DUTIES - Assessment of social situations/needs and writes plans accordingly. Participates in multidisciplinary team rounds for Discharge Planning. Covers all units and rotational coverage in ER, Mother/Baby.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - LMSW (must have AK license)

MSW degree or equal educational degree

BLS

2 years acute social work experience

Epic & Midas experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 8am-4:30pm - One position will be on M-F, the other will be on F-M. Occasional weekend coverage (rarely).
