We are a passionate, supportive outpatient behavioral health group practice serving individuals, couples, families, and Veterans in San Diego (92117). Our team consists of providers who truly love the work that we do and as such nurture a trauma informed culture. We are looking for several part-time or full-time ASSOCIATE therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) who can see at least 15+ clients/week and with 1000+ direct client hours. Competitive pay with tiered increases as your caseload increases. Pay description reflects full time range (20+).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in crisis intervention and management to ensure patient safety and well-being.
