Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals, particularly those with autism and other behavioral health challenges. This role involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement effective behavioral interventions.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavioral changes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication regarding patient care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education and behavioral health.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with other behavioral health challenges is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in patient assessment methods and the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- A background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
