Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for participants to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
  • Implement crisis management techniques when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for patients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and social work.

  • Proficient in working with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of their unique challenges.
