Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and therapeutic services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets all compliance standards.
- Manage client caseloads efficiently while coordinating insurance coverage and claims.
- Use integrated tools for scheduling, secure messaging, and client documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field.
Requirements:
- Current and active Clinical Psychologist license (Master’s level or higher) such as PSY, PSYP, or PsyD, valid per state requirements.
- Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Current malpractice insurance.
- Motivation to start or grow a private practice that accepts insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensure in multiple states is a plus.
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or major insurance plans.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual practice tools.
