Job Title: Clinical Director (BCBA)

Position Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Location: New York, NY - Upper West Side

About Us: iCare Therapy is a New York based ABA therapy provider offering behavioral health services to the autism community in North Carolina. iCare Therapy’s mission is to deliver the highest level of care by offering the latest ABA therapy curriculum, leveraging best care management technology, and providing top-level personal support to both therapy recipients and their families.

Job Summary: We are seeking a mission-driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to grow with us and make a long-term impact. This is an early-stage leadership role ideal for an experienced BCBA or current Clinical Director seeking their next challenge. Initially, you will take on a hands-on clinical role, delivering services, conducting assessments, and providing supervision, while helping to lay the groundwork for a scalable, high-quality ABA program. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape clinical systems, foster a strong team culture, and ensure compliance and quality standards.

We are looking for someone who is in it for the long haul, a leader who wants to plant roots, contribute meaningfully to our early development, and grow alongside the company. As the organization expands, this role will evolve into a strategic leadership position, overseeing all clinical staff and operations, driving clinical innovation, and leading the development of new programs and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality and ethical service delivery.

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, maintaining compliance with BACB, state, and funding source requirements.

  • Facilitate team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development through coaching and feedback.

  • Collaborate with families to ensure individualized, compassionate, and effective care, while reducing disruptions through proactive engagement strategies.

  • Coordinate with administrative teams (admissions, billing, scheduling, HR, recruiting) to support seamless service delivery and staff alignment.

  • Monitor clinical quality via audits, observations, and data analysis; make data-driven adjustments to treatment programs.

  • Contribute to the development of clinical infrastructure, policies, and workflows to support scalable, high-impact care.

  • Assist in expanding clinical offerings, including group services, parent training, and other specialized programs.

  • Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and all relevant regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification and current LBA licensure are in good standing in the state of New York.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience supervising ABA services for individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.

  • Minimum 2 years in leadership, management, or supervisory roles within the ABA field.

  • Proficient in evidence-based teaching methods (DTT, NET, FCT) and data collection systems.

  • Strong clinical judgment, time management, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills, team leadership ability, and commitment to confidentiality and compliance; eligible to work in the U.S. and pass all required background checks and health screenings.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $100,000-120,000 annual salary.

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

  • Performance Incentives: Additional bonuses tied to individual and company performance milestones
