Job Summary
The North Carolina State Bar is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Grievance Intake Coordinator to support our Office of Counsel. This vital role helps manage the intake and tracking of complaints, ensuring proper documentation and case handling from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, scan, and process incoming complaints and legal correspondence
- Maintain accurate electronic case files in the internal database
- Monitor shared email accounts and respond as directed
- Coordinate with local judicial districts regarding grievance matters
- Track and update case status using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Support administrative functions and suggest process improvements
Ideal Qualifications:
- Associates degree or minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive information professionally

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,950.00 - $45,100.00 per year
