We are seeking a full-time BCBA who has a passion for helping kids, as well as, their families and will show a true investment in supporting the childhood population.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity and progress monitoring.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Document all services accurately and submit reports on time.
• Maintain compliance with BACB, HIPAA, FERPA, and internal policies.
• Stay current through continuing education and attend required trainings.
• Support clinic initiatives and uphold the KidsChoice mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Demonstrated strong skills in communication and behavior management.
• Ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations quickly and safely.
• Strong skills in writing.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy and creative problem solving.
• Comfortable with providing and receiving regular feedback.
