Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. The BCBA will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each client receives the highest standard of care.

Duties

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis strategies to address challenging behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavioral interventions and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Document all medical terminology and medical documentation accurately in client records.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the field of behavioral health to coordinate care for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.

Experience

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is essential.
  • Experience in patient assessment and developing individualized treatment plans is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
