The patient Care Coordinator/ Scheduler plays a key role in the patient experience by coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and serving as a liaison between patients, clinical members, and the physician's office.

Responsibilities includes:

. Scheduling and confirming patients.

. Answering patient inquiries with professionalism and care.

. Coordinating with the clinical team for smooth patient flow.

. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our systems.

Qualifications:

. Previous experience in a medical setting.

. Strong communication and customer service skills.

. Detail-oriented and efficient with scheduling.

. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

. Knowledge of deductible and co-payments.

. Knowledge with ECW and AdvantX is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
