In this role, you will support individuals through the recovery process by participating in assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing counseling and education. Working under the supervision of licensed professionals, you will facilitate individual and group sessions, document services according to standards, and help clients transition smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in screening and assessment processes under supervision, adhering to standards.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with guidelines.
- Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
- Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings, providing case feedback.
- Adhere to a weekly direct service provision model.
- Document all services in line with standards and timelines.
- Ensure treatment plans and summaries are reviewed and signed by qualified professionals.
- Assist clients through transitions, completing summaries and correspondence.
- Complete 36 hours of training every two years as per an individualized plan.
- Maintain professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
- Handle crises effectively and notify supervisors when needed.
- Facilitate group, family, and individual sessions to promote recovery.
- Contribute to organizational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
In Illinois, obtain a CADC within two years and renew as required. Willingness to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of case management and rehabilitation methods for mental health and substance use.
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Knowledge of behavioral bases and counseling techniques.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct individual and group interventions effectively.
