Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week | MondayFriday

The organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to begin supporting itsstudentsfor the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity within a year-round academic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

• Provide training and consultation to staff and families

• Monitor and analyze behavioral data to guide program decisions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student success

Required Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or comparable credential

• Minimum of two years of experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals with autism
