Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members on best practices in behavioral therapy.
• Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral interventions.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
