As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Greet and assist patients in a professional, courteous manner
Answer a high volume of phone calls and manage scheduling
Process purchase transactions and assist with billing and insurance
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Manage mail and courier communications efficiently
Support the Hearing Care Practitioner with daily administrative tasks
Foster a calm, organized, and patient-friendly front office environment
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, medical retail, or insurance experience (a plus)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Professional and empathetic demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
Ability to work independently and within a team
