Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and advocacy to individuals dealing with various challenges, such as mental health issues, addiction, or family problems.

Duties

  • Conduct clinical counseling and therapy sessions with clients
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to assist clients in setting and achieving goals
  • Conduct research to stay updated on best practices in social work
  • Provide home and community care services to clients in need
  • Offer Christian counseling services for individuals seeking spiritual guidance
  • Specialize in addiction counseling to support individuals struggling with substance abuse
  • Perform patient assessments to determine needs and develop care plans
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client interactions
  • Collaborate with hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • State licensure or certification as a Social Worker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Empathy and compassion for individuals facing challenging situations

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $1,845.00 - $2,660.00 per week
