We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations for our AV, Physical Security, and Installation teams by managing resource scheduling, fleet management, service ticket handling, and client communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional support to both our field teams and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resource Scheduling:
Coordinate and assign field technicians for client service calls, installations, and regular maintenance. - Fleet Management:
Oversee company vehicles; monitor usage, maintenance schedules, and ensure proper documentation. - Service Ticket Management:
Receive, create, and track service tickets; ensure proper agreement tracking, reporting, and timely resolution. - Client Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding service appointments, updates, billing coordination and general inquiries. - Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of services rendered, and job status updates. - Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling, dispatch, and communication processes. - Other tasks and duties assigned by Manager
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a coordination, dispatcher, or administrative support role; experience in IT services, AV, Physical Security or similar industry a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with scheduling, ticketing, or field service management software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn
Required Education:
- Associate degree or Equivalent
- 3 – 4 years experience
