We are accredited by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and the Office of Mental Health (OMH), committed to fostering a supportive and effective treatment environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about mental health and addiction care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical services under the supervision of our healthcare team, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in a collaborative clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care.
• Prescribe medications following New York State regulations and perform routine follow-up examinations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records compliant with OMH and OASAS regulations.
• Participate in continuous education and training to remain abreast of developments in mental health and addiction medicine.
• Documents notes in a timely matter

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New York.
• Experience in psychiatric-mental health or addiction nursing preferred.
• Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
