Pine Hill Elementary School is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 in the Integrated Preschool Classroom. RBTs implement the principles of ABA throughout the day and are expected to lead academic small groups, run discrete trial instruction sessions, provide support to build social and emotional skills, and provide inclusion support. Data collection on student progress, as well as behavioral support, is also an extremely important aspect of this role. RBTs will receive support and direction from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and special education staff.Responsibilities include: Data Collection as instructed.
Behavioral support per student plans. To supervise, nurture, and support students. Facilitate classroom activities in support of students academic, social/emotional, and behavioral learning needs. Ensure inclusion services and accommodations are consistently provided to students per their disability-related needs.
Implement and collect data for designated academic learning activities and positive behavior support plans. Communication with general education staff and special education staff regarding student progress. Covering for educators as assigned by the administration. Other responsibilities as assigned by the administration.
