About Job

Full-time Adolescent Inpatient Counselor

The desirable candidate for this position should have an understanding of and experience working with adolescents with substance use and mental health disorders, as well as their families. This position requires time management skills, ability to multi-task, flexibility, and organizational skills. No day is the same and documentation and productivity requires someone who can successfully manage many different tasks throughout the day. Job duties include providing biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual, group and family therapy, as well as crisis management and case management. Master’s Degree required. Applicants with LPC or LMSW and/or certification as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor are highly desired.
Individuals with a LPCi designation can receive free LPC Supervision. Individuals with a LMSW can receive free supervision towards LISW-CP.

Salary dependent on experience and certification/licensure. Full State of South
Carolina benefits. EOE.
