Substance Abuse Counselor needed for Kensington Hospital's inpatient Detox/Rehab Unit on a full-time basis.

Kensington Hospital is the second oldest hospital in Philadelphia. We are a community-based hospital located in the heart of Kensington. Due to our immediate location, the Hospital provides quality care and expertise in the field of Behavioral Services making Kensington Hospital a premier care facility.

Duties include but not limited to completing a Psychosocial History, developing an individualized treatment plan, providing individual & group counseling services, completion of necessary forms required for record retention, including, but not limited to, counseling progress notes, ASAMs, treatment plans, etc.
