We are a compassionate and client-focused in-home care agency seeking a Part-Time Care Coordinator to assist with remote scheduling and on-call responsibilities.

This position is primarily work-from-home with approximately 10 hours per week, plus paid rotating on-call shifts. It's ideal for someone with a background in caregiving, home care, or healthcare support, looking for flexible, meaningful part-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide phone-based support for clients and caregivers
• Respond to scheduling needs and coordinate last-minute coverage
• Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in paid rotational on-call
