Job Description:

Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group facilitation with the senior population, as well as experience providing Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS). This role involves leading group therapy sessions, providing individualized support, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the well-being of our clients.


Benefits:

  • PTO - 2 weeks of paid vacation annually along with all holidays observed by the company including your birthday, providing you are at full-time status. PTO is accrued in accordance with the Company’s paid time off (PTO) policy in the Employee Handbook; eligibility to begin after six months of continuous employment.
  • Insurance -You will be eligible to participate in the company’s insurance and benefits program subject to terms, conditions, limitations, eligibility restrictions and exclusions in those programs. The Company will offer to pay for COBRA gap coverage up to %50 per month pending the wait period for the Company healthcare insurance to begin.
  • Sick Time Off – Five days of paid sick time, accrued in accordance with the Company’s sick days policy in the Employee Handbook, eligibility for benefits to begin after 90 days of continuous employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging and therapeutic group sessions tailored to the needs of older adults.
  • Provide IOP and TBS services, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to support clients’ progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to address mental health, behavioral challenges, and substance use concerns.
  • Advocate for the needs of senior clients, connecting them with appropriate community resources.
  • Ensure ethical and professional standards are met in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience facilitating group therapy for the senior population.
  • Strong background in IOP and TBS services.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance billing processes related to mental health services.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
