Mental Health Counselor / Falcon Health Center / Full Time

In accordance with the mission of Wood Health Company, the mental health counselor will provide empirically based individual and group psychotherapy to BGSU students and the community.

Job Duties:

• Conduct intakes, interviews, and screenings of prospective clients.

• Working closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans and make referrals as needed.

• Interprets, monitors, and records patient progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan.

• Conduct in-person visits or utilize telehealth platform as appropriate.

• Maintain complete chart notes; maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA policies.

• Facilitate and lead groups when appropriate.

• Attends appropriate in-service and continuing education training programs commensurate with job responsibilities and to maintain current licensure.

Shift Details: Full Time / 40 hours per week

• LPCC

• LISW
