```Duties```
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Offer counseling services to children and families in need of support
- Provide guidance and education to parents on managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive development
- Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of behavioral therapy

```Skills```
- Must be a fully licensed professional counselor with experience working with individuals
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong assessment skills to develop individualized treatment plans
- Ability to provide counseling services to children and families in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide guidance to parents
