Are you passionate about helping individuals with autism reach their full potential? At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we're looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our supportive and innovative team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
•Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.
•Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
•Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.
What We're Looking For:
•Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
•Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM - 3:45PM
•Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.
•Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
