Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary: Ambitions ABA is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. You’ll oversee the entire therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Pay:

  • $90–$110 per hour

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule, choose your own hours

  • Expected: 10–15 hours per week

  • Hybrid remote work available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools

  • Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans

  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Review session notes, providing constructive feedback

  • Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings

  • Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active BCBA Certification (required)

  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (required)

  • Proficient with various assessment methods

  • Experience with Central Reach preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and management abilities

  • Passion for working with children and families
